Hi, Nick here, owner of Rooskagh Coffee Co.
For as long as I can remember I wanted to own my own business, it was always just a case of what it would be.
As an athlete and an avid sports fan I’ve been at many events where I’ve wanted but not been able to get a good barista coffee. Queue light bulb moment, when I realised I could combine by business aspirations with my passion for great coffee. Having trained as a barista and subsequently travelled to Columbia to visit coffee plantations, I returned to Ireland with renewed vigour to make my dream into a reality.
What followed was months of caffeine fuelled brainstorming resulting in a setup which allows me to serve the best coffee and snacks at any event, anywhere, anytime.
